Camille Ellingsen
It is paramount that I build a strong rapport with my clients as therapy is a collaborative healing process. I believe in holistic healing and gaining a deeper understanding of oneself. I integrate mindfulness into my therapy practice through Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
My services include traditional talk therapy as well as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy where I provide preparation and integration session(s) pre and post to the experiential ketamine session(s). Ketamine is considered a breakthrough treatment for depression, PTSD, and some other neuropsychiatric conditions. Please contact me to learn more about this treatment and feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I also offer therapy utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which connects both sides of the brain to process past trauma in a safe and secure way.
My specialties are working with teenagers, young adults, and military personnel who are experiencing anxiety, depression, inner conflict, low self-esteem, addiction, and/or relational issues.
