After obtaining her graduate degree, Christine worked with young adults with serious mental illnesses in underserved communities at Catalyst and transitioned to working with teens in the foster care system at the San Pasqual Academy. Christine was compelled to work with various populations and people groups. Currently, I provide therapy services in my Carlsbad office and at Santa Fe Christian School in Solana Beach. In my practice, I aim to help clients navigate change and stressors, find healing, develop effective coping strategies, and build meaningful relationships. I approach my clients with a balance of directness, compassion, understanding, warmth, and humor. I am particularly passionate about supporting parents in leading their children with confidence and fostering strong, healthy family units.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our Labradoodle mix, Okie. Together we enjoy trying new restaurants, traveling, watching movies, being outside, and spending time with friends. We are so grateful to live in San Diego!
Finding a therapist can be an overwhelming and intimidating process. I hope I can alleviate some of the stress by providing reliability, availability within a week, and convenient access to therapy. We are not meant to walk through life alone - let's do this together!

I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space that encourages you to discuss your deepest thoughts and struggles to promote optimal healing and balance. Together we focus on the areas in your life that feel unbalanced or are not working well so that you can live life with more self-awareness, clarity, creativity, curiosity, and confidence. The goal is to better manage work and school stress, improve relationships, and find relief from anxiety and depression in a therapeutic environment that is warm and supportive.
It is paramount that I build a strong rapport with my clients as therapy is a collaborative healing process. I believe in holistic healing and gaining a deeper understanding of oneself. I integrate mindfulness into my therapy practice through Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Compassion-Focused, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
My services include traditional talk therapy as well as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAT) where I provide preparation and integration session(s) pre and post to the experiential ketamine session(s). Ketamine is considered a breakthrough treatment for depression, PTSD, and some other neuropsychiatric conditions. I also offer Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is a form of assisted therapy which connects both sides of the brain to help process past emotional trauma. Please contact me to learn more about this treatment and feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
My specialties are working with teenagers, young adults, and military personnel who are experiencing anxiety, depression, inner conflict, low self-esteem, addiction, and/or relational issues.
