Kaylee Underhill

About Kaylee

Hello! I’m Kaylee, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I love working with teens, young adults, and couples. My journey to becoming a therapist began unfolding organically from my previous roles as a high school ministry leader and a personal trainer. I believe that health and healing comes from exploring and integrating all aspects of yourself. We are physical, spiritual, emotional, psychological and relational beings and I believe it is crucial to be seen and understood as a whole person. My desire is to create a safe and grace-filled environment for you to navigate life changes, new relationships, conflict, and healing.

Educational Background & Credentials

Kaylee graduated with a B.S. in Health Sciences from Cal State University San Marcos and a M.A in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. Kaylee is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She utilizes a blend of Narrative therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, guided imagery, attachment theory, and Biblical Principles. Kaylee explores family patterns and attachment styles to help individuals and couples move from damaging conflict cycles to intimate and restorative patterns of healing.
